Mindfulness and meditation help you to come into the present and stop the unnecessary noise of your mind that makes you agitated all the time, swinging from past to future. It brings your mind to the present and gives you enormous mental peace, so a lot of restless mental stress and anxiety vanish. Also, stored emotions in the body due to excess stress, which manifest into diseases, get released, improving your overall health. Additionally, mindfulness is a way of life; when practiced, it touches every aspect of your life and makes your life better, from better to best.

No prior experience is required, and there's no need for any false beliefs about meditation and mindfulness. Many people avoid practicing because they fear it will make them boring or detached, or they believe breathing exercises cause headaches. These are all misconceptions. Some think it can cause miracles overnight, which is untrue. We believe in changing lifestyle habits. It requires no experience or false beliefs, just patience and perseverance.
Once you learn the practices and witness changes, it's important to regularly reinforce your knowledge, ideally every 3 to 6 months. This interval allows habits to change and helps prevent falling back into old patterns. Attending workshops can strengthen your knowledge and provide the necessary environment and time for growth. It all depends on your need and desire for self-improvement.
