Meet the Founder – Yashwant Das Mahant

Once an overweight, shy student battling self-doubt and failure, Yashwant Das Mahant transformed his life through mindfulness—losing 40 kg, becoming a confident speaker, and guiding countless students as a professor and Mindfulness & Meditation practitioner & coach. Armed with academic credentials including a B.Com (Honours), M.A. in Political Science, M.A. in Psychology, and UGC-NET qualification, he combines scholarly depth with lived experience. He is phD scholar  & a soft skills trainer at various universities, and has completed 5–6 intensive meditation and mindfulness courses.

As a dedicated mindfulness & meditation practitioner and coach, Yashwant Das  now empowers youth and professionals to overcome mental, emotional, financial, and relationship challenges. No, it's never a problem, only your own disbelief. Mindfulness is the solution to all problems; how can it be a problem? When learned under the guidance of an experienced teacher and through practical practices, it can never be a problem.However, in the early stages, sitting for 10 - 15 minutes might cause some body pain. Those with excessive thoughts may experience a slight headache during meditation. But, these are early stage challenges, and within a week or a month, they all disappear, and you start seeing things become easier and more beautiful.
